VORMETRA is a Turkey-based technology company developing large-scale industrial 3D printers and additive manufacturing systems.
VORMETRA combines Dereli Plast's machine manufacturing and plastic extrusion experience — dating back to 1997 — with large-format 3D printing technology. For us, the extruder — screw and barrel — isn't a line item you buy; it's a core piece of engineering we design and manufacture in-house. Being able to produce the industry's most critical and expensive component ourselves is VORMETRA's strongest edge.
Our first product, the VORMETRA G1000, is an industrial FGF 3D printer with roughly 1 m³ of build volume, pellet-fed, moving-gantry architecture. It isn't a scaled-up desktop printer — it's engineered with the rigidity and serviceability of an industrial CNC machine. Structural FE analysis is complete (11/11 passed); we are currently at the subsystem selection and prototype manufacturing preparation stage.

Founder of VORMETRA. He brings together his family's plastic extrusion and machine manufacturing experience — ongoing since 1997 — with large-format industrial 3D printer technology. He designs the product, drives the engineering, and builds the company.
The existing manufacturing workshop within Dereli Plastalready provides the capability to produce VORMETRA's most critical components — the extruder screw and barrel — in-house. When prototype production begins, steel machining, welding, and machine tool capacity will be ready; no supplier dependency.
Dereli Plast has been manufacturing extrusion and granule machines since 1997.
Single-screw, twin-screw extruders and granule machines — including international export.
Dereli Plast operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
Companies the founder has worked with on machine design, manufacturing, and PLC/HMI automation projects:Mutlusan Plastik · Der-San Makina · Kaan Makina · Tuna Plast
Screw + barrel are made in-house → lower cost, fast service and spare parts.
Granule, recycled, and composite material — cheap and eco-friendly production.
1 m³ volume, rigid structure, validated design. A production tool, not a prototype.
VORMETRA isn't just the name of one printer. It's a growing brand — future products will span different build volumes, extrusion systems, and additive manufacturing machines. Our goal is to make large-scale manufacturing accessible, sustainable, and local.
